What is Route Shipping Insurance?

Route Shipping Insurance covers your order 100% in the event that your package is:

  • delivered by the carrier, but not received
  • lost in transit
  • stolen
  • damaged

We strongly recommend adding Route Shipping Insurance to your order. 

If your order is verified as delivered by the carrier, but not received, the order will not be refunded or reshipped. You will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

What shipping options do you have?

All shipping options are displayed during checkout by weight.

 

Standard Shipping Options: 

$4.99 Flat Rate for all US Orders. The delivery time will vary between 3-6 days.

Expedited Shipping Options:

FedEx (3 day speed): $9.95

The 2 day, 3 day, or 5 day shipping speed only refers to the delivery time once the package is in the hands of the carrier (USPS or FedEx). Please note, our 1-2 day business day processing time is not included in the shipping speed.  

*FedEx & USPS are also experiencing delays due to COVID19- this is completely out of our control & varies by location. Shipping times are an estimate - please take this into account when viewing tracking details. 

 

International Shipping Options:

COVID19 UPDATE: Due to unreliability with customs, tracking & delivery, there may be delays with shipping beyond the standard delivery estimate given. Please note, we will only refund international orders not received 30 days post shipment if tracking information by the carrier is not updated.

Due to the costs of shipping international orders, orders will not be-reshipped if not delivered.

How long does it take my order to be processed?

All orders are processed for shipment within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday, by 10AM CST. All orders in our system by that cutoff time are processed for shipment the same day. 

 

Do you ship on the weekends?

No, all orders are processed for shipment Monday - Friday. 

 

When will I get my tracking number?

USPS and FedEx visit our warehouse throughout the day, Monday-Friday. Once the package is scanned into their system, tracking emails are sent out through our automated system. You can also review tracking information by logging into your account at myminimo.com. 

 

I ordered with expedited shipping. It's been 3 days and I still have not received my package.

My tracking link shows my package was delivered, but I don't have it.

I just ordered, how do I change my shipping address?

Please contact us at cs@myminimo.com or call us at 1-877-845-1335 Monday - Friday 9-5CST. If the order has not been shipped, we can update the shipping address. If the order has already been shipped, we will give you instructions on how to re-route your package with the shipping carrier. You can also request that they hold the package for pickup.

Can I add Signature Confirmation to my order for delivery? 

Yes- signature confirmation is an additional $3.00. If you would like to add this, please
